FIRST DAY
Meet at a pre-agreed Spanish city, at the place and time pre-convened with our guide. Start in direction Teruel by road. Visit to the city and tapas lunch. Afterwards, continuation of trip in the direction Tramacastilla, in the County of Sierra de Albarracín, or to Rubielos de Mora. In Gúdar – Javalambre, gourmet dinner and overnight stay at El Batán (one Michelin star) or in Hostal Los Leones, at Rubielos de Mora.
SECOND DAY
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to start the truffle activity. We will get to experience first-hand what is involved in truffle hunting with a dog, how truffles are used in gastronomy and other interesting aspects of the world of this outstanding tubercle. After this activity, we will visit the town with a guide. The town is considered the most beautiful in Spain. Drive to Zaragoza and check-in at the Hotel Catalonia El Pilar or the Hotel Reina Petronila. Once registered, gourmet dinner at Restaurant Palomeque, or La Prensa o CanCook (both one Michelin star). Return to the hotel.
THIRD DAY
After breakfast, tour of the city of Zaragoza and drive to the AVE train station (Delicias) (the package includes an AVE tourist class return ticket to Barcelona or Madrid) or to the airport. End of the tour and our services.

CONDITIONS
- This itinerary is contingent on availability of the services and / or weekly rests at the time of the reservation. The order of the different services may change and the truffle activity will always be dependent on the weather.
- Activities include 24 hours sanitary assistance insurance.
- Prices may vary depending on the seasonal cost of fresh truffles used in the meals, number of days contracted and number of people participating in the hunting program.
- All participants will receive a box of truffle derived products, courtesy of Gourmet & Chic.
- *The hunting day includes the possibility of using parts of the hunted animal to elaborate charcuterie products and cutting and preparing the meat to be shipped to your country for and additional €250 approximately.
