Shipments to Spain, European Union, UK, Suiza and Asia.
Cuviro Trade & Technology, S.L. can refuse fulfillment of an order in the following cases:
When the requested product is discontinued or is out of stock.
When the financial institution issuing a credit card or processing a payment denies such payment for the purchase.
When the shipping address does not correspond to any of the above territories.
Cuviro Trade & Technology, S.L. accepts VISA or MasterCard Debit or Credit Cards:
Once payment is confirmed the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number. In case of no reception, we recommend to check the spam file of the email account. Cuviro Trade & Technology, S.L. shipment rates are as follows:
Shipment rates are calculated as a function of the destination address, weight and urgency. The shopping cart will allow the customer to calculate the shipping rates ahead of placing the final order.
Orders will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
· Iberian Peninsula: 1 to 2 business days
· Canary Islands, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 3 business days
· Unión Europea: 3 to 5 business days
· UK y Suiza: 3 to 5 business days
· European Union:1 to 2 business days
· Asia and Middle East: 3 to 5 business days
CUSTOMS: None in the European Union, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, UK and Switzerland (about €25, already included in the price). In Asia, Middle East and the rest of the countries customs fees and charges are borne by the importing customer.
Shipments to small locations may take an additional 24 hrs.
The transportation company does not call in advance of a delivery.
If a customer receives a product with which he/she is not satisfied, he/she can request a return under the following conditions:
We must previously receive the products subject to return in its original condition. If we do not receive the original products, we reserve the right to charge the customer for them and / or the costs associated with their recovery..
DAMAGED OR DEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES:
Defective or damaged products can be exchanged or receive full reimbursement. If the received products are incorrect (not the ones ordered) we will reimburse all expenses::

In order to exercise this right, products must be returned in the state in which they were received accompanied by the delivery documentation. If the damaged or defective products are not returned, we have to charge the customer.
